We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in attendance and to reject applications based on the nature of the goods sold. Once your application fee has been accepted, fee will not be refunded for any reason. Applications not accepted after 7/20/10

Applicant agrees as
follows:
“I have read, understand and agree to the conditions stated in this application. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rice Street Festival, City of St. Paul Parks and Rec. and all committee members for damage, injury or loss to any person or property related to my participation related to the Rice Street Festival.”
